Only the most magical adventurous things can come from working with Haley of Good Moon Collective. So when she asked us to participate in an elopement shoot we could not say no! Jo & Zach braved one of the coldest days of the year to exchange vows and relive their big day. The addition of hot chocolate and their sweet pup made us start dreaming of a winter elopement ourselves!

We are still on a creative high from THE most incredible wedding showcase we were lucky enough to take part in! Last Thursday, the first ever Crazy Love Wedding Showcase took place at Black Swan’s newest venue, Plant No. 4. The brand new interactive event allowed couples to mingle through curated vignettes, grab a drink + bite, and chat with some of Wisconsin’s most talented wedding vendors in a relaxed, zero pressure environment.
Danielle from Rosewood Weddings worked tirelessly to execute this beautiful event and we were thrilled to have been the exclusive bridal shop featured! We had an absolute blast meeting newly engaged couples and walking them through the wedding inspiration the team of local vendors put together. The show was unique in that there were NO BOOTHS! Just couples and their families enjoying a night of delicious treats + beautiful things.
Prior to the show beginning, we worked with the design teams to create multiple photoshoots within one. There were so many gorgeous things to lay your eyes on, below are just a *few* of the images that were captured. We are beyond grateful to be able to work alongside the best of the best + hope to do it all over again next year!

What could be better than a clean, modern gown and vibrant bursts of color?! Enevement Planning and Eliza Leigh Designs styled Fete of Wales perfectly for this bride’s dress to truly pop. RSVP by Sarah Seven is a light and airy a-line gown with a super pretty satin top paired perfectly with an organza skirt. She is known around the shop for her comfort, lightweight feel, and her obvious classic beauty.

The Astor Hotel + RSVP Gown
We were thrilled to have found such an amazing group of women to create this styled shoot with and cannot get over these stunning images!!! Our vision was simple: focus on the connection between the couple and let this historic venue space speak for itself without all the extra frills and fuss. Nina (RSVP Glam) and Melissa (Melissa Waulters Artistry) worked together to create our models’ natural and elegant bridal looks. While the models were in hair and makeup, Kari (The Astor) gave us a tour of this incredible building and helped us scope out the best spots for portraits. We could not have asked for a better real life couple to work with than Kenna + Emily. These two were the absolute sweetest and made it so easy for Gina (GE Creative) to capture their natural chemistry without feeling forced or posed. Everything came together just as we had imagined and we are obsessed with the results!
